Does Khaznah sell the items itself?

No. The items listed on Khaznah are owned and listed by users. Khaznah does not own, sell, or resell the items on behalf of users.

Does Khaznah guarantee sellers or buyers?

No. Khaznah does not guarantee the identity, legitimacy, credibility, or conduct of any seller or buyer. Khaznah also does not guarantee the accuracy, lawfulness, authenticity, quality, or condition of any listing or item.

Is payment available inside Khaznah?

If in-platform payment is not officially enabled, all payments are arranged directly between the seller and buyer and are completed at their own risk.

Is delivery available through Khaznah?

If delivery or shipping is not officially enabled by Khaznah, pickup, delivery, or shipping arrangements are made directly between the seller and buyer and are completed at their own risk.

What should I do if a listing is inappropriate or suspicious?

You can use the “Report a Violation” page and send the listing link with the reason for your report. Khaznah may review the report based on available information and may take appropriate action, such as removing the listing or restricting the account. This does not create a legal obligation for Khaznah to monitor or verify all content.

Can I return an item?

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the agreement between the seller and buyer, unless Khaznah publishes an official policy for a specific service.
