How Khaznah Works

Khaznah is a platform that helps users list, discover, buy, and sell second-hand clothing and pre-owned items in a simple and organized way.

For Sellers

1. Create your Khaznah account.
2. Upload clear photos of the item.
3. Write an accurate description that includes the condition, size, color, defects if any, and price.
4. Publish the listing and wait for interested buyers to contact you.
5. Agree with the buyer on payment, pickup, delivery, or shipping outside the platform, unless Khaznah officially provides an in-platform payment or delivery service in the future.

For Buyers

1. Browse listings by category, size, or price.
2. Read the item description carefully and review the photos.
3. Contact the seller to ask questions or request additional photos.
4. Agree with the seller on the price, pickup, delivery, or shipping method.
5. Inspect the item before completing payment whenever possible.

Khaznah’s Role

Khaznah provides a digital space for users to publish listings and connect with other users. Khaznah is not a direct party to any sale or purchase between users, does not own the listed items, and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of items, the legitimacy of sellers or buyers, or the fulfillment of any agreement between users.
