Terms of Service

Welcome to Khaznah. By accessing, browsing, creating an account, publishing a listing, contacting another user, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Definition of the Platform

Khaznah is an online platform that allows users to publish listings for their own items and communicate with other users for the purpose of buying or selling. Khaznah’s role is limited to providing the technical space for listings and user communication. Khaznah is not a seller, buyer, broker, escrow provider, payment guarantor, agent, representative, or legal party to any transaction between users.

2. User Responsibility

Each user is solely and fully responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information they provide.
• The content of listings, photos, descriptions, and prices.
• Ownership of the items they list.
• The legitimacy and lawfulness of listing, offering, selling, or buying any item.
• The quality, condition, safety, and conformity of items to their description.
• Communications and agreements made with other users.
• Payment, pickup, delivery, shipping, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Any taxes, fees, regulatory obligations, or legal responsibilities arising from their use of the platform or transactions with other users.

3. No Guarantee of Users or Items

You acknowledge and agree that Khaznah does not independently verify or guarantee:

• The identity of sellers or buyers.
• The eligibility, legitimacy, credibility, honesty, or conduct of users.
• Ownership of listed items.
• The authenticity, originality, source, or brand status of items.
• The quality, safety, cleanliness, condition, or defect-free status of items.
• Whether items match their photos, descriptions, size, price, or stated condition.
• The lawfulness of any item or the legality of offering, selling, or buying it.
• A seller’s ability or intention to deliver the item.
• A buyer’s ability or intention to pay.

Any dealing between users is therefore conducted entirely at the users’ own risk.

4. No Responsibility for Fraud, Scams, or Disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khaznah is not responsible for:

• Fraud, scams, deception, or misleading conduct.
• Fake sellers, fake buyers, fake listings, or fake items.
• Failure to deliver an item.
• Failure to pay the agreed amount.
• Items that differ from their description or photos.
• Visible or hidden defects in any item.
• Counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, illegal, or unauthorized items.
• Any financial loss or direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Any dispute between a seller and buyer.
• Any act, omission, statement, violation, or misconduct by any user.
• Any inappropriate, offensive, indecent, or unlawful content published or sent by a user.

Khaznah is not a party to any agreement, contract, understanding, payment, delivery, pickup, return, refund, or exchange arranged between users. Khaznah has no obligation to enforce, guarantee, monitor, mediate, or complete any transaction between users.

5. Prohibited Content and Items

Users must not publish, upload, send, or share any content or listing that includes or relates to:

• Indecent, obscene, sexually suggestive, or inappropriate content.
• Content that violates public morals, public order, or applicable laws.
• Offensive, abusive, racist, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or inciting content.
• Inappropriate images, language, or behavior.
• Prohibited, restricted, illegal, unsafe, or regulated items.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized items.
• Items the user does not own or has no right to sell.
• Misleading, false, deceptive, or incomplete listings.
• Scam links, phishing links, malicious files, or harmful software.
• Violation of intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or brand rights.
• Any content that violates Khaznah’s policies or applicable laws and regulations.

The user alone is responsible for any content, listing, message, image, or information they publish or send through the platform.

6. Khaznah’s Right to Remove Content or Restrict Accounts

Khaznah reserves the right, without being obligated to do so, to review, remove, hide, edit, suspend, restrict, or delete any listing, content, or account if Khaznah believes, at its sole discretion, that it violates these terms, may harm the platform, may harm users, may expose Khaznah to risk, or may violate applicable laws or public standards.

Khaznah’s failure to remove any content does not mean that Khaznah approves of it, verifies it, endorses it, or accepts responsibility for it.

7. Reports

Users may report listings, accounts, messages, or content through the “Report a Violation” page. Khaznah may handle reports based on available information, internal policies, and operational capacity. Khaznah does not guarantee that any specific action will be taken or that a report will be reviewed within a specific time.

Submitting a report does not create any legal obligation on Khaznah toward the reporting user, the reported user, or any third party, and does not make Khaznah a party to any dispute.

8. Payment, Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Unless Khaznah expressly announces an official in-platform payment, pickup, delivery, or shipping service, all payments, pickups, deliveries, and shipping arrangements take place outside Khaznah and are agreed directly between users at their own risk.

Khaznah is not responsible for any payment made outside the platform, advance payment, delayed payment, failed payment, non-delivery, damage, loss, delay, shipping issue, pickup issue, refund issue, or dispute relating to payment, pickup, delivery, or shipping.

9. No Warranties

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Any warranty that the platform will be available without interruption.
• Any warranty that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from defects.
• Any warranty that listings or user information are accurate, lawful, complete, or reliable.
• Any warranty that the platform will meet the user’s expectations.
• Any warranty that any sale, purchase, payment, pickup, delivery, or transaction will be completed.
• Any warranty regarding the legitimacy of users or items.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khaznah, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation, goodwill, opportunity, or business, arising out of or related to:

• Use of the platform.
• Inability to use the platform.
• Listings or content published by users.
• Transactions or attempted transactions between users.
• Fraud, scams, misconduct, or disputes involving users.
• Items listed, sold, bought, delivered, or not delivered.
• Any third-party service, link, payment method, delivery provider, or communication channel used by users.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Khaznah’s liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khaznah, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:

• The user’s use of the platform.
• The user’s violation of these terms.
• The user’s listing, content, photos, messages, or information.
• The user’s sale, offer, purchase, or attempted transaction.
• The user’s listing or sale of unlawful, counterfeit, stolen, unauthorized, or non-owned items.
• The user’s dealings or disputes with other users.
• The user’s violation of any law, regulation, third-party right, intellectual property right, or privacy right.

12. Changes to the Terms

Khaznah may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Suspension, Termination, or Modification of Service

Khaznah may suspend, stop, modify, or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time. Khaznah may also suspend, restrict, or delete any account if the user violates these terms or if Khaznah believes such action is necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties.
